By accessing tasmeemtt.com, submitting a consultation request, or engaging Tasmeem Tech Trading for any product or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website or services. These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and users.

Tasmeem Tech Trading supplies and integrates products from leading global technology manufacturers through authorised distributors and supplier networks. All products supplied are genuine and supported by the applicable manufacturer's warranty.

Services Provided

Tasmeem provides end-to-end IT solutions and professional services, including:

• IT & Networking Infrastructure Solutions — design and deployment of fast, secure, and reliable network infrastructure.
• Enterprise Storage Solutions — scalable, high-performance storage systems for modern business environments.
• CCTV Supply & Installation — professional supply, installation, and AI-powered surveillance systems for homes and businesses.
• IP Telephony Services — VoIP and IP telephony systems for seamless business communication.
• Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) — preventive maintenance for IT infrastructure, security systems, ELV, and building facilities.
• Service & Repair Centre — diagnosis and repair of electronic equipment including backlight repair, power supply repair, and LCD screen replacement.
• Construction IT & Low-Voltage Infrastructure — structured cabling and technology infrastructure for construction projects.

Quotations and Orders

All quotations issued by Tasmeem are valid for 14 calendar days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. A written purchase order or formal confirmation is required before any product delivery or service engagement commences. Tasmeem reserves the right to revise pricing prior to order confirmation in the event of significant exchange rate fluctuations or supplier price changes.

Payment Terms

Tasmeem Tech Trading does not operate an online payment gateway. All payments are settled offline via bank transfer, cheque, or any other payment method agreed upon in writing between both parties. Unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement:

• Payment is due upon receipt of invoice or per the agreed payment schedule.
• For larger projects, a deposit of up to 50% may be required prior to commencement.
• Overdue accounts may result in suspension of services or withholding of deliverables.

Warranty and Returns

All products supplied by Tasmeem carry the original manufacturer's warranty where applicable. Tasmeem does not extend additional warranties beyond those provided by the respective manufacturer. Returns are subject to manufacturer policies, supplier approval, and applicable law. Special-order or customised procurement items may be non-returnable depending on supplier terms.

Service & Repair

Our technicians will provide a full diagnosis and cost estimate before any repair work is authorised. No repair proceeds without client approval. Tasmeem is not responsible for pre-existing damage or any data loss that occurs during the repair process. Customers are solely responsible for backing up their data before submitting equipment for repair. Devices not collected within sixty (60) days after notification of repair completion may be subject to storage fees and, where permitted by applicable law, additional disposal or recovery procedures.

Intellectual Property

All content on tasmeemtt.com — including the Tasmeem logo, graphics, service descriptions, and written content — is the intellectual property of Tasmeem Tech Trading. Unauthorised reproduction or use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited. All third-party trademarks, product names, and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification purposes.

Limitation of Liability

Tasmeem's total liability for any claim related to a product or service shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for that specific product or service. Tasmeem shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including, without limitation, data loss, loss of profits, business interruption, loss of business opportunity, or indirect financial losses.

Force Majeure

Tasmeem shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, war, internet outages, or supplier disruptions. In such circumstances, Tasmeem will notify affected clients and resume obligations as soon as reasonably practicable.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive business information exchanged during the course of their engagement. This obligation remains in effect following the conclusion of any service agreement.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Qatar.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the use of our website and services, and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Amendments

Tasmeem reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Revised terms will be published on tasmeemtt.com with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
